All our products are uniquely designed and made by hand. We carefully source the best quality natural pearls and gems from sellers we trust. They commonly come in unique shapes and sizes. Natural stones may come with their own inclusions that may be visible to the eye, part of what makes them so beautiful. While some designs will be available in multiple iterations in small batches, you can always trust that the piece you own will be unlike any other.

Some of our items will consist of plated metal, which may tarnish with normal wear. Unfortunately, we are not able to repair discolored items at this time.
​
Some of our products will include antique and vintage elements. Treat them with delicate care and thoughtful wear.
Fine jewelry is precious and deserves your TLC. They are best stored laid flat in a pouch that allows the stones and pearls to breathe, while protecting them from scratches and other damage.
If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 3 business days so we can assess repairs or refunds. Check our FAQs for cleaning instructions. Through time, items may require restringing or a little a nip and tuck, just like any other piece of jewelry or precious item. At barbaralee.co, we take pride in our sourcing and design process, to create fine jewelry for which the Barbara Lee brand is recognized. Please understand that most of our featured items are offered in limited quantities and, because of their limited availability, stock will not and cannot be refreshed. That means once an item is gone, it may be gone for good and not appear on the website again. When an item featured on barbaralee.co is no longer in stock, we make every attempt to remove that item from the website in a timely manner.
