How do I clean my jewelry?


Clean all items with a soft cloth. Any jewelry that comes in contact with makeup or body moisturizers should be wiped down daily. Pearls are organic gemstones that can become vulnerable to acid, alkaline and extremes of humidity. To preserve your pearls' brilliant shine, avoid letting them come into contact with cosmetics, hair spray, or perfume. Always put on your jewelry as a final touch.




Why don't my pearls look perfect?


Natural pearls are unique and will have their unique shapes and imperfections. If you've seen perfect, they're likely very, very valuable or very, very fake.




I've outgrown my jewelry. Can I swap it for something else?


At Barbara Lee, we believe in and practice sustainability. Some of our charms, accents, stones, or gems may be vintage pieces that we've vetted, polished and redesigned. If you have items that you're interested in getting valued and assessed for up-cycling, contact us at hello@barbaralee.co. If we determine that your pre-loved fine jewelry passes the test for reuse, we can issue you store credit towards your next Barbara Lee purchase. Thank you for contributing to the sustainability of the fine jewelry industry and doing your part to protect the environment from over-production.




Is Barbara Lee open to a collab?

Is there a product warranty?


Fine jewelry is not made for the rugged outdoors or for rough handling. Treat your precious pieces like the treasures that they are. If your product arrived damaged, please notify us within 3 business days so we can assess any repairs or refunds that can be made. For maintenance checks and jewelry spa days, send us a note to see if we are accepting orders for restringing and repairs at hello@barbaralee.co.




Where do you ship to?


We're worldly, but for now, we only ship domestically within the United States. That won't be for long! We'll be exploring the best way to ship our products internationally and will be sure to notify you when we're there.




Does Barbara Lee authenticate their jewelry?


All our pieces come with a signature card of authenticity. That gives you the confidence that you have been sold or gifted an original, handcrafted piece of fine jewelry whose every stone and hook has been vetted by our designer.
